Ο Ράμα αποδέχθηκε τη συνθηκολόγηση σχετικά με το έγκλημα: Τον Νοέμβριο, θα αναπτυχθούν Αμερικανοί πράκτορες καθώς και ειδικές δυνάμεις από την Ιταλία και την Ελλάδα.
Όπως αναφέρει το smarkos.blogspot.gr σήμερα δήλωσε ο Ράμα στο Κοινοβούλιο ότι τον Νοέμβριο θα έρθουν στην Αλβανία πράκτορες των ΗΠΑ για να βοηθήσουν στην καταπολέμηση των ναρκωτικών και του οργανωμένου εγκλήματος.
"Οι Αμερικανοί και Γερμανοί ξένοι πράκτορες θα έρθουν το Νοέμβριο για να συνεργαστούν για την εξάλειψη των εγκληματικών ομάδων".
Με αυτά τα λόγια, ο πρωθυπουργός αναγνώρισε τελικά ότι η κατάσταση της χώρας όσον αφορά το οργανωμένο έγκλημα έχει φτάσει μέχρι και να ωθήσει τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, την Ελλάδα, την Ιταλία και τη Γερμανία να παρέμβουν με εξειδικευμένους πράκτορες όσο και σε ειδικές δυνάμεις.
